These terms govern your use of this website and the games hosted on it. By using the site, you agree to them.

The short version

• The games and content here are provided "as is," without warranty.
• You're responsible for your account and anything done through it.
• Don't cheat, don't abuse the service, don't try to break it.
• We can change or stop offering the service at any time.
• If you buy a subscription, there's a 7-day refund window.

Using the service

Workshop provides browser-based games and related content. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, you also need permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact us.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to break the law or violate others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Use automation (bots, scripts) to manipulate leaderboards, exploit game economies, or otherwise gain unfair advantage
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from games hosted here, except as permitted by applicable law

• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service, including introducing viruses or overloading infrastructure

Intellectual property

The games, artwork, code, and other content on this site are owned by Workshop and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without explicit permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Some games on this site use procedural or AI-assisted techniques during development. Where that's the case, the resulting works are still owned by Workshop under existing intellectual property frameworks.

User-generated content

Workshop currently does not host user-generated content. If that changes, these terms will be updated to address content ownership, moderation, and takedown procedures. We will follow standard notice-and-takedown procedures for any infringing content reported to us.

Purchases and refunds

Some games may offer optional purchases, such as a subscription to remove advertising. Purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Pricing is displayed at the point of purchase in your local currency where supported.

Refund policy: If you're not satisfied with a purchase, request a refund within 7 days of the transaction for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion. To request a refund, email billing@yourdomain.com with your order ID.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workshop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Workshop harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the service.

Changes to the service and terms

We may modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may also update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where Workshop's operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
